0900 7/17/2019 -- The State EOC activated at 7 pm Tuesday, July 16, to provide support in response to severe weather impacts in Douglas and Elbert counties. At 7 pm, Colorado Governor Polis issued a verbal disaster declaration. The declaration enables activation of the National Guard to assist with the disaster response.
