Due to the destructive wildfires that are occurring in Douglas, Boulder and Jefferson Counties, the damages already sustained to homes and structures, and the continued threats to people and property, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper ordered a verbal disaster declaration at 12:45 p.m. today,
